I’m pretty stoked to have Eric Allen on the show this week! I knew there was something about his style that I was drawn to, and as we chatted a bit more about some of his influences and styles, there seemed to be a common theme: high energy stuff that stays interesting. Probably the most fascinating thing was that, with such a similar taste in music, several of the artists he plays aren’t even on my radar! You can be sure that I’ll spend the rest of the week trolling through some of the artists and labels that he played on tonight’s show.

Wow, after a terrible experience on Saturday trying to mix with CDJs, it felt great to lay down a killer epic journey for tonight’s podcast. It’s got the melodic and uplifting breakdowns, some stomping hard beats that deliver when they’re supposed to, and some throwback remixes of some classic trance anthems including I Feel Love by CRW and a remix of Urban Hype’s A Trip to Trumpton by Toryn D.
